- Quality Standards – We are certified to ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Standards to measure quality management system. It define the requirements, specification, characteristics and various guidelines of each products to meet the purpose of manufacturing process, services and our range of Brass Components and Extrusion Products.
- Material – We import wide range of Metal Alloys and Scraps include Brass Alloys, Copper Alloys, Copper Nickel Alloys, Aluminium Alloys, Stainless Steel Alloys, Steel Alloys, Silver Alloys and more based on custom specification. We use ASTM, ANSO, DIN, JIS, BS, IS, EN and ISO standard & eco-friendly raw materials to deliver the finest quality and RoHS compliance products.
- Machine – Our company has conventional and semi-conventional latest machinery and tools including Spectro, Profile Projector and other measuring and inspection equipment to produce highest quality products as per customer drawing and samples.
- Method – We import raw material, process them in Casting and manufacture Products based on custom samples. Due to the inspection facility, our quality assurance team intensively examine each product during manufacturing to meet the zero-defect goal.
- Manpower – Our young and dynamic team of experts and quality assurance team can provide a personalized positive approach to every assignment as per the needs of our customer to building a long-term relationship.
- Packaging – We ensure the packaging of single and multi-unit brass parts are safe and secure without product damage, breaking, fading or experiencing wear and tear through shipping, storage and handling.
